You’ve got nothing to lose but everything to gain by looking at them in the eyes and finally seeing that that won’t hold you back anymore, but it’ll allow you to be stronger and it’ll allow you to fight much more.

Pain can be anything, a hidden secret, a childhood nightmare, a bad relationship, a bad breakup, broken trust, abuse, peer pressure, losing someone special, gather it all and see the dream that’s past the nightmare. It’s easier said than done, but once you accept whatever it is that haunts you day and night, you’ll realise that the problem wasn’t your nightmare, but it was you wallowing in sorrow and not allowing yourself to get somewhere and not giving yourself believe that you deserve.

No one can make a dream come true for you, except for yourself and you’ll know that self believe is something that will make you shine and make you feel more powerful than anyone and anything.

I came to learn the hard way and I am still learning. I feel vulnerable a lot by the nightmares that stab at me but I know that there are more important things to worry about, like myself. I had to force myself to get out of a dark place and to put myself into a brighter light by accepting it and knowing that it couldn’t be changed but that it’s past. Look and analyse, don’t shy away from the evil, but allow it to expose at you and for you to see that you can be defined by more than just that. People are only human and sometimes don’t understand certain things or believe that they are right when they’re in the complete wrong but what can you do? Let yourself grieve, allow yourself to feel sorry for yourself and be upset, heart broken and just take the pain and in time (which could be days, weeks, months or years) you’ll be able to come to understand it a little better. Like the saying goes ‘time is the only healer’, you’ll let go and will need to let go if you haven’t already so you can live a happy life, a more full filling life, find something you love and put the pain and strength that you’ve accumulated from that into it to create something beautiful and learn to love those who love you a hundred times more with the hatred that you’ve converted into love.

Find positivity, be around positive people and allow yourself to be positive with everything you do. Downs will always come around but you have to know when to pick yourself back up.

Sometimes we need to read or hear it from other people to know that you’re not the only one that suffers anxiety, pain and nightmares but we all do. We’re only human and made of atoms, what more can the world wish from us, except to learn and to move on and be happy?

You’re special and so is your future.
