We’re all guilty of “starting a diet on Monday”, but there are some women who are plain annoying to be around.
They can’t wait to tell you about their intense gym session the night before and how many calories they consumed in their 1 lettuce leaf they had for tea.
Oh and talking about food you’ve never heard of before – all varieties of seeds which all sound like bird food!
Thee most annoying thing is when they tell you exactly how many calories are in your lunch – should I bin my sandwich already?!
We get it, you’re on a fitness kick – good on you but please keep the boasting to a minimal. I will join you when I’m good and ready.
